Skåne? Where the heck is Skåne? That were our first thoughts when the tourism board of Skåne contacted us and invited us to explore the region. But hey, we are adventurers and explorers, aren’t we? So a quick look at Google Maps shed some light. South Sweden. Great, that sounds good, like a place where no-one has gone before. More or less.
Last week, I was invited by Saucony Germany and Saucony Sweden to join their event #runyourworldstockholm in Stockholm. It was a two days event with a lot of activities like running and biking as well as a workout-session by one of the world's top triathletes. For the fun part, they planned an exclusive boat trip on a yacht, Mexican dinner and we enjoyed a healthy lunch in the hip Södermalm area.
Let’s kick-off the New Year! January has nearly past and it is time to start the travel season 2018. Before writing about our new plans in the upcoming articles, here a short experience report on how we slowly got into 2018 (yes, we know it’s been a while since then) and discovered the Schlei Fjord, a nice area of Northern Germany in between.
Mid-September, both of us loaded our bags into Olli’s car for an extended weekend trip to a destination only a few “northern lights” might know: Hvide Sande. It is a lovely little town located on the outmost Western edge of Denmark on the coast of the North Sea.
